Food Business and Management Option

The food business and management option allows students to integrate study of the science and technology of food with that of business and economic in a unique program. This course of study prepares students for positions of management in smaller food companies and research and development oriented marketing or technical sales opportunities in corporate food industries. Some students go on to obtain M.S. degrees in business administration or related fields which open the doors for upper management positions in food companies or other professional careers.
