Duties
Gary is responsible to ensure that the department has a robust, reliable and secure computer network. He maintains server systems, ensuring fault tolerant storage of the department's research and business critical data, along with providing desktop support and assistance. Gary also provides counsel on the purchase of new equipment and evaluation of existing processes with the intent of improving those processes through automation when possible.
