Duties
Possessing a background in food engineering and materials engineering, Yael is conducting research aimed at developing new understanding and discovering applicable information pertaining to the physico-chemical, textural and microstructural properties of food materials and nutrients delivery systems. Yael is using and implementing research methodologies, analytical approaches and conceptual models related to both material engineering and food science and engineering. Yael is also managing Professor Rosenberg’s laboratory where she assists in instructing the undergraduate and graduate students working there.
