IFT President Visits UC Davis
On Monday, February 12, Dennis Heldman visited the UC Davis, Food Science and Technology department. Dennis is the 2006/07 president of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). He came to discuss with our faculty the current role of IFT and meeting the needs of the food science profession.
