FST Welcomes Ericka Davis

The Food Science and Technology department welcomes new business office assistant Ericka Davis.

On June 18, 2007, Ericka Davis started her new job in the Business Unit of the Food Science & Technology Department.  Ericka came to us from Agricultural Distributing where she worked in the human resource, payroll, safety and accounting area.  Ericka's duties in our department will be similar as she will be responsible for about 50% of the payroll, human resource and accounting assistance duties.  She will also provide front-line administrative support to the Safety Committee.  In Ericka's personal time, she enjoys being the lead singer for the band, Four Barrel.  She is a phenomenal singer and a wonderful addition to our staff!
