Finalist in Poster Competition

Jerome Diaz's poster selected as one of the final top five abstracts in the Food Chemistry Division student poster competition.

Jerome Diaz's paper entitled "Influence of Beta-elimination on the physico-chemical changes in citrus pectin during prolonged heating" has been selected as one of the final top five abstracts in the Food Chemistry Division for IFT.  In April, 10 semi-finalists were asked to submit an extended abstract. After extensive review, the top 5 finalists were announced. The top posters will be judged at the Executive meeting of the Food Chemistry Division during the IFT Annual Meeting to be held in Orlando, Florida.
