Carol Cooper - NCIFT Long-Timer's Recognition
At the September 14, 2006, Northern California Institute of Food Technologist's meeting in Walnut Creek, Carol Cooper, FST's undergraduate staff advisor, is being honored as part of their long-timers group. At the meeting, Carol will recall her 37 years in IFT and invite other long-timers to relate their experiences in NCIFT, too.
