Carol Cooper is honored with the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences Award of Distinction.
Carol Cooper has been recognized by the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences with an Award of Distinction. The award was given in the staff member category in recognition of her achievements, outreach efforts and service to the University and in IFT. The award is given annually to one staff member for extraordinary contributions to our college. More information can be found on the College website.
Carol has distinguished herself in the food industry, on the campus, and with hard work over many years of dedicated service. For over 30 years Carol has been an enormously positive influence on many students. As the undergraduate advisor for the Food Science and Technology majors, she has played a major role in our student’s smooth transitions to productive careers as food industry professionals.
